Did you get auto-banned from the rollback?

Alot of players, including myself have been wrongfully banned for scamming as soon as the last rollback ended. The ban lasts anywhere from one day to a month and is the reason why most players are dcing at the log in screen. It's also the reason why some player's ranks have been removed from the ranking page on the main website.
