It's most likely an event like Aran's and Evan's have, we just don't have it in the code at the moment. Or we do and they didn't put it in the game.

Maybe they're the reward for the lvl up DB event (The quest avaible every 10 lvls). You know, when you complete the quest it says that you received a Dual Blade item, when you actually received a pineappleing nothing.
