what areas are excluded from the x10 drop rate?
I thought it was for all areas now.

Version specific areas were apparently not included in this. Supposedly the drop rates were just copied over from KMS. So anything we have that they dont would not get the x10 boost.

Places like Masteria and Singapore are excluded.
