Cannot verify a NEW nexon account.
#1
Did a search but nothing came up.

So I decided to play again after a year break. Made a new account but when I click the verification link from my email it either sends me to the "Verification Incomplete; if the email is incorrect enter a new ones to resend" if I logged in the account already

or

if I'm not logged into the nexonID then it sends me to the registration page.

Tried it with both my gmail and hotmail.

Googling "verification incomplete nexon" gives me solutions to inactive/old accounts; trying those methods provides no results either.

Anyway to get around this or am I waiting for nexon to fix it?

Please and thank you! Biggrin

Are you within Nexon America's service area?
#3
I just tried and made one fine.

It's you.
#4
I'm having the same problem, I tried to make an account twice, both with different emails, both didnt work :/
#5
I have the exact same problem, Nexon has screwed us up again Tongue
#6
Australia...

Ahem. IF YOU NEED TO VERIFY A NEW ACCOUNT, YOU HAVE TO BE IN THE UNITED STATES. Same for playing it after a particular date from some time ago. I can still play it, but because I made it a looooong time ago.

EDIT: Maybe the whole american mass counts, like North and south america. Not sure though.

Could the person just have a US citizen verify it for them?

This makes me think about my lost alt account due to the email address somehow not matching
up with my old secondary email address... even though that was what I made the acct with.
#8
Yeah, I'm in Texas.
#9
Being in America isn't the problem, I'm behind a proxy located in America.
#10
Maybe...you copy pasted wrong?
#11
I tried it on 2 new accounts I made with a few different emails, and I tried copy pasting it and just clicking the link.

Trust, I've tried just about every simple solution there could be Tongue

I am having the same problem and it's driving me insane. I made 2 accounts today, with different email addresses. When they send the verification link, I click on it Or even copy/paste it- and it either redirects me to the sign up screen OR it takes me to the page where I'm supposed to verify my email. I've had them send the verification email link 7 different times. I've clicked them all, in Firefox, Chrome & Internet Explorer and they are ALL giving me the same problem. This is ridiculous! I can't even contact Customer Service on the Nexon site because it won't get past the Verification page. Why can't they just let us type in a certain code they email us. Their links aren't working!
#13
please be sure to let us know what they said if they email you back Tongue
