It's now confirmed that Final Attack is an extra instance of 150% damage (at max) instead of a 1.5 multiplier of damage. From this video I concluded that Final Attack can only be triggered once every attack skill.
I is very much like the old Final Attack except that there appears to be absolutely no delay or 'cast time'. After comparing them to my friend's Dawn Warrior, I'm almost certain that FA is an immediate instance of damage instead of the silly .5 second FA that Dawn Warriors have at the end of their Brandish (if they have the FA buff).

I ask that this video be studied under scrutiny by anyone curious enough, as currently it is the only video I can find of v320.
