Kerning Square (getting to it)

I can't seem to get to Kerning Square in kMST. I click on the 10 second subway ride, it gives me some message in Korean, and then I take a 10 second subway ride back. I figure there's either a quest I need to do, a ticket I need to find/buy, or Kerning Square is just broken in kMST altogether. Are there any prerequisites to getting to Kerning Square in gMS?

In GMS, it's a 35~50 area. You get a light-bulb quest when you reach the appropriate level saying you can go there. Fairly sure you can still reach the NPC area if you're outside the level range, but you can't enter the monster maps.

I heard its closed in KMST for the moment
