Leveling to 50 for ring

So has it been tested if a previously lvl 4x char or whatever can get a ring when getting to 50 or is it really leveling 50 times when under 50 or 30 times when 50 or higher? (heard that last bit around the forums, I think from another version).

I know that, I'm saying it sucks and you shouldn't have to level 30 times after lv 50 within 4 weeks to get one(or level a new char from 1-50 in 4 weeks). How many "average" players that dont leech, dont have rep mules, dont use 2x cards, dont have pets, will be able to do that? Not many.

This should be a permanent addition when making an Adventurer and one should be able to get a ring at a leisurely pace and once/if you do reach lv 50 you can get a ring.

when i logged on, kassandra told me to lvl 30 times, but wait, im lvl 200 already. And didn't give me any ring, is that a challenge?
