The official v86 predictions thread!

Event: MLWB will ask players questions about Maple at an inconvenient time. Not because they want to check the knowledge base of the players, but because they don't know pomegranate about the game. Win 3 blue potions and 1 power elixir!

Content: Another low lvl area or pq. New Gachapon of course.

2x exp as "bonus", because they will implement no less than 6 new major bugs to the system.

My prediction.

GM Libra will keep ignoring my Ticket(its been over a month) and my Marksman will be remain banned, or they will just close it without actually bothering to read it, like the other 4 I've sent were. Thus I shall still be boycotting all Nexon games.


Oh you mean for the game...New Gachapon, New NX related Event, Gachapon, another different NX related CS Event and new gachapon exclusive items, like an untradeable chair...oh and did I mention new NX stuff...

It will be a very nice patch with something for everyone to enjoy, a Purple Surfboard event, and Dual Blader pre-quests.

something amazingly cool to make up for this last patch.

I'm just hoping it's the Adventurer balance patch. I honestly don't see how people are expecting dual blades before the balance patch.

Hopefully the PSB event and the balance patch.
Too bad we won't have the agent event again.

OnRPG: Besides the new dragon master classes; will there be any more new hero classes that will soon make their appearance in Maple Story?
The story of the legendary heroes reborn does not end with Evan. Maplers will get a chance to see the story unfold further soon, but heroes aren't the only classes in Maple World. Users should expect to see a little more attention paid to the original classes, the Explorers, before any new heroes are revealed.

I'm just hoping it's the Adventurer balance patch. I honestly don't see how people are expecting dual blades before the balance patch.

People are expecting dual bladers next patch because that's when summer starts, and had there not been something they wanted to release earlier in the summer, evan would have been the summer patch so that Nexon could make more money off of it, in addition to the DB face accessory CS item and the acknowledgement of them in one of the official interview things. I don't think dual bladers will be in the next patch either though.

I'm guessing Balance Patch, then if Dual Blades aren't released in the Summer, they'll be out for November ish. I'd be VERY surprised if Nexon did 2-3 big patches in succession.

lol that is so vague. That doesnt mean it is coming this patch. They could have a lame "dress up like a World Cup" soccer player NX based month long event to pad things out.

There are plenty of big additions and changes coming to MapleStory this year. We have new classes, new quests, new items, new maps, and new events, but we haven't forgotten about what is already in Maple World. Some big, long awaited updates are just around the corner. I would say between that and what they said in the next question about paying attn to adventurers, that yes balance patch.

They allways say that and the interviews and previews on the webs are sometimes wrong , like when they said that the piramidPQ and monster raid would be 2 new areas.

i'm hoping it's the balance patch so i'll wait and see.

balance patch and that nx area with the 6 armed boss

New chairs that heal 70 HP instead of 50, and look twice as bad.
