So, I am not suer what sub-class I want to be anymore... At first I thought that I wanted to be a Ranger... but now I am thinking that I might want to be a luancher. Maybe even a mech! I know I dont have to be a spit because I already have one... Can anyone maybe guide me on what I should be?

Alright so here are my experiences with each class.
Launchers: They aren't too MP intensive, except in the first levels as a Launcher. They mostly support a party from behind the lines, giving Gatling gun hit-stun coverage, Flame Pillar hit-stun, Laser for big damage, etc etc. Pretty durable with their heavy armor. You can choose to make a CQC Launcher, but they're squishier because they sport leather armor instead of heavy. They also drop some skills in order to get cancels, which are not necessary for most Launchers.
Rangers: Pretty darn MP intensive. If you decide to invest most of your SP into percentage damage skills, which give you the most potential for damage, you'll need a +11>= revolver which cost quite a bit of money.
Mechanics: Not as MP intensive as Rangers, because of MP recovery from cloth armor. Some Mechanics play with just summoning their bots, getting them to attack the enemy, and just pretty much acting like a summoner that has to summon every few seconds. They're very squishy because of cloth armor, but it gives them intelligence, MP recovery, etc etc. Some Mechanics play closer, preferring to go pew pew pew with their autoguns while their robots are on cooldown.
