Look at the Mapletips, more precisely the one that's at the top of the message box.

(Doubt that number works, that screenshot is from the Nexon screenshots which are years old.)

Maybe that "1" is a country code for the United States? The country code for the US is 1, so they may have just forgot about putting a "-" in there. But then again, there's no area code. =/
