I might get it for the PSP. I've played the crappy card-game battle system version on the GBA a while back. Ugh. It was fun though, sorta. I'll get this PSP version, without being biased, and play it and see how I think of it. I'll reserve my judgment as to how corny the story may or may not be. I have to admit, I do like their battle system though. I just don't like the idea of DISNEY and RPGs together, it seems awkward.

Yeah, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try. I'll be getting it as soon as it comes out. For Summer, thereS's 3 games on PSP that I must get:
-Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3
-Persona 3
-KH: BbS

KH has now been added to that list, just so I can try it out.

I think this Kingdom Hearts has the most diverse? gameplay.
Three characters:
Ven: Speedy.
Terra: Slow and strong.
Aqua: Magic Adept.

There are alot of mini games:
Racing.
Pin ball.
Command Board, which also helps level commands.
etc.

Multiplayer via ad-hoc.
Vs. battles
Battles against monsters.
Over 100 commands.
10?+ mode changes
Many Shot locks.

I'm biased but, this game might be one of the best of it's kind on the psp.

Remember when there was one keyblade, and it chose it's user? And then -- all of a sudden -- there are millions of keyblades and everyone is pulling them out of their asses? And then it turns out you don't even need a keyblade to kill a heartless, so what was the point to begin with?

For me it's:

-Valkyria Chronicles 2
-Project Diva 2nd
-KH: BBS

It's strange to be buying so many PSP games at once. I've had this thing for like 3 years now and I only have like 6 games, and a few of those were only cause they were cheap.

I have a pretty small library of PSP games in my room too, mostly because I don't have enough money to afford the ones I want though -sigh-

I didn't play that one. I was mostly referring to Riku's dark blade thing, and I'm also pretty sure I've seen Leon and those other townies kill heartless at some point.

mary weapon for destroying the Heartless is the Keyblade, as it is both specially suited for manipulating the bonds between heart, body, and soul which create Heartless, and it is the only object able to thwart the Heartless in their goal of devouring a world's heart. However, in the absence of the Keyblade there are several other options. Magic is effective against the Heartless, as are magical weapons. In either situation, invading Heartless can be made disorganized by defeating the major Heartless which leads them, or the dark heart which attracted them to that world. While this does not by any means purge the world of its Heartless, it gives no small respite from their threat.
Kh wiki.

I guess if you dont use the keyblade to kill em the heart dies and is not released to go to kh then.

According to 358/2 Days you can defeat Heartless without a Keyblade, but they'll just keep coming back until they're defeated with a keyblade.

Hopefully the massive-amount-of-keyblades-plothole will be filled in this game. I won't get it because I don't have a PSP, but I'll watch a few videos.

I haven't played any of them after KH2. I didn't like where the series was headed -- focusing on storyline masturbation rather than gameplay.

you can kill a heartless with any weapon but only by killing it with a keyblade does it release its captive heart

do any of you even read the dialogue? that was in the first game.
