the glasses scrolls aren't 100%?

didn't someone say that the event scrolls for evan's glasses are 100%? so how come we get crapy 60%/30%...siriosly

I'm pretty sure it's 100% if they come from Evan. 60% and 30% from Gachapon.

This is a list of the rewards from cassandra so I think you get the bad scrolls at high lvls.

Since I'm ignorant on information already, I heard that you only have a month to get your Dragon Glasses... but you will still get the scrolls after the month? Meaning, the glasses are temporal event, the scrolls are permanent? It'd make much more sense for the average mapler, being the quest needs level 100 to complete and all =X *wishful thinking*

cuz if u level evan to 50 u get the 100% scroll and not 60%

I didn't see 100% scrolls in the extractions except from the first one :'(

you can only use the 100% atk scroll when there is 2 slots used on the glasses right? (not sure about this)

can you use the gachapon scrolls before 2 slots are used? aka on the first 2 slots?

because this would make a huge difference in item potential with chaos scrolls

I just leveled to 50 and it's a 60% scroll. And I failed it. FML.

- Lvl 30: glasses
- Lvl 50: 60% allstat scroll
- Lvl 60: 100% allstat scroll
- Lvl 80: 30% +1atk scroll
- Lvl 100: 100% +1atk scroll

Oh, they fixed that table? It used to say lvl 80 as max and M.def on the scroll. Guess it's useless to do the guesswork now.

So can anyone confirm (preferably with a screenshot) % based scrolls for the Dragon Glasses? If this is so and you can't get 100% scrolls from the event, where do you get the 100% scrolls? Gachapon?

I'd also like screenshot proof that the scrolls aren't 100%.

Combattente's extractions have the quest strings and rewards, and they show that the 100% scrolls are the reward. So unless Nexon made some ninja edit to the patch, I'm pretty sure the scrolls are 100% success.
