· When your Evan reaches milestone levels, you are presented with prizes.

o At level 20 you receive Dragon’s Blessing.

o At level 30 you receive a pair of Dragon Glasses

o At milestone levels of 50, 60, 80 and 100, the player will be rewards with a scroll. These scrolls can only be used on the Dragon Glasses.

o Accounts that have no characters over level 30 in a world cannot buy Vicious’ Hammers.

o Accounts with characters of any level in a world can buy Vicious’ Hammer using Nx Prepaid.

MG is the most critical of all skills for any magician and to pay for it is ridiculous and could they have put them all together into one package, NO!

well there goes the point of scrolling the stupid glasses... I didn't pass 90% scrolls, how the hell am i supposed to pass 60%'s?

I hope some of that is for April Fools. 60%/30% success for the Evan Glasses scrolls and paying for mastery books is too stupid to be true. At least the Evan CS Package looks promising since it's permanent.

But at least they upgraded Neo City. Hopefully the bosses are at least challenging.
