Any news? My tickets are in "working in progress" status. I hope I get unban and have few chaos scrolls left in there

Mine has been open for quite some time as well, not counting the first ticket which was wrongly closed by a GM (Nimei).

Don't you mean phrase? You obviously have a condencending attitude, I work for taxpayers service and they get a response within 2 days and I gurrantee we have more of a back up than nexon. Were even under-employed so don't use the "oh well they probably have 3 people".

as for a personal experience i was temp banned for a month awhile back(2 or 3 months ago) for "harrassment" so i file a ticket asking why im banned and 2 weeks later i get an answer back basically stating that i used sexually innaproperate language in a SMega and i was abotu 99% certain all i have smegad since october was liek B> and S> stuff so i log a ticket asking what i said and when it was said...... 2 months go by and then i get a reply to my ticket which basically says "your ticket has already been answered plz dont duplicate tickets" when it was clearly a different ticket.... it didnt mater much to me tho cause i basically quit upon recieveing my ban

So I wonder how they will feel about me sending tickets every 3 days. I wonder if they will actually get back to me faster. Or just say we'll never respond b/c were nexon and thinking makes our heads hurt.

I was one of those people who couldn't log in two or three weeks ago. I submitted a ticker instantly, and up to this day it's still open. I'm suprised they haven't gotten as far as to close mine yet

Waiting myself too, I just traded some Equips for Chaos Scrolls Perm-Banned is pretty bad really, they could have at least erased the scrolls for the people that had TONS and banned thepeople that actually sent the packets ( which they could track )...They didn't take the smart way of doing this they were just lazy at how they did it.

Hell, even make a notice about how you shouldn't buy/trade for them I mean they didn't ban for the Witch Belt or HT pendant it was obviously a glitch the a lot of people abused and at least on them there were notices before/after.
