Nexon messed up

They just did the server check to fix all the duping that just happened but I had permanent pets on my characters and for all of them it says "life has dried". I had the Mini Yeti. Anyone else had that happened?

There's a few threads on basil about this too, it's not just you.

I checked my other noob acc that isnt banned and the perma White Tiger that was in storage says "life has dried" but the perma Kino that was out is still alive.

One account with perm kino, now dried up. Don't know if it was in or out of storage.

lol yeah some people spent hundreds on pink bean pets i mean the newly added pink bean DOLL since its dead now.

For the pets that expired, were they out when they expired?

nexon tried to extend everyone's cash shop item expireation date by 1 day as compensation for all the fail server checks. So items with no expireation date like perm pets got perm + 1day = expired, I guess forever and a day is really just a dream.

someone in my guild bought a 4 hour 2x exp card a bit before the sc and they now have a 24 hour 2x exp card.

LOL Gezzzz....it makes me wonder at times if Nexon hires TRUE programmers or if they just grab anyone who can toss programming language into a game. How do you screw up so many things this badly in such a short period of time? Database leaks......IP Blocks/Bans......Perma pets dead.....24 hour 2x(wouldn't mind this one if it I wasn't still IP Blocked and it didn't come with a perma ban attached) Are we sure we are part of the Maplestory community.....did we all make a wrong turn somewhere and land in EPICFAILSTORY? *facepalm*

OMG Don't excite me with this idea........I have a porcupine pet I had JUST revived right before the IP crap took place. *giggles* would be awesome to have a permanent porcupine pet!!! Oh wait...scratch that it would probably get me perma-banned for having a perma pet that shouldn't be a perma-pet >.> *sigh*

It's getting to a point where I believe if you kill a snail in a manner which Nexon deems inappropriate, like uh I dunno barehanded, you'll be perma-banned. >.<

Frankly I'd rather have a glitch on a few perma pets for a short period of time than the duping to contine.

You didnt even need to do that, one minute the pets were dead, then next time you logged on they were alive. The did something that didnt require a SC/patch or anything.
