So what can they/can't they do?

Until recently my understanding was that they can make everything untradable tradable, except for reverse/timeless/other 'bind on equip' things. Recently a friend of mine told me that PSoK are like normal SoK, meaning they can't be used on anything unless otherwise stated, and that current untradable items will all stay untradable, except mounts, medals, and whatever else gets the "PSoK can be used on this" tag. Does anyone know the true nature of PSoK?

There are some items, that can only be PSOKed, its just like beign karmable but more expensive and its used often for powerfull items or uber items (epic items as well)

If they're going to make scissors in the first place they ought to have made everything karmable. Save a couple of variables.

Speaking of which, that is probably why they are releasing Evans. There will be 2 weeks left until that bandana event goes away. Meaning some people will buy loads of NX to make sure they reach 96 to get it.

Your friend is correct, only some items are PSoKed. Medals and mounts aren't.

It was a glitch and yes.
IIRC only two items can be PSOK'd.
One of em being Evan glasses. Forgot the second.

That's stupid then. What's the point of them if they only can be used on 2 things?

Some mounts are tradeable, like the balrog mount, etc etc.

I don't really get how evan glasses, which are supposed to be a reward for leveling evan, should require extra cash to benefit from. I also fail to see how normal evan glasses are supposed to be more epic than a zhelm or egg'd HTP.

it adds att? something we cant add on glasses.... Also that small cash amount is cheaper than using chaos scrolls to get +7 on glasses, which is random may i add. @above hi john

So does this mean the glasses from Evan will not be the same as the rings from Aran? Meaning, once you PSOK them you can trade them anywhere? Like in stores, trade request, another account, etc. Aran rings were limited to that account only. I wondered if PSOK made an item tradable through that account only and just worked on more items than SOK or something.

If that's true then great! LF> someone to make glasses and sell them for mesos so I don't have to waste my own time doing it.
