Well, afte pulling a Nexon, the site is finally up, if you register now and download the game within march10-march16 and create a character, you will get a frontier pack.
Yeah... the event confused me, but it seems that starting on march 10 you can doiwnload the game and create a character but not play, then on march 17 thy will patch the game and then allow you to play and get you frontier pack.
