brawlers get shields and flamethrower?

On maple island i saw this vid of a bucc with a shield and flamethrower

and thats more they were being lazy. figure they had the pirate wielding a knuckler as well as the shield, they were just lazy.

Hum, Nexon like doing this. For the record that's a level 120 MAGE shield and requires 123 LUK to equip. Brawlers can neither use shields or have flamethrower. :|

I remember the old training camp where there were tons of woefully inaccurate videos of gameplay playing in the background, like the one with the assassin using some sort of auto-aim avenger to take on a boss in a party. >__>

Brawlers CAN use shields, and they can still use their skills. Its basically like having nothing equipped at all.

Oh, they can? Whoops, I didn't know; assumed they couldn't at all. Doesn't sound like something they'd actually do though, what with their weapons being 2-handed.

As someone else said, its a GM character, meaning they can equip ANYTHING.

like i fixed, pirates cant really utilize shields. they get no stat bonus outside of what the shield gives them, and all theyre allowed to do are the moves that dont even require a knuckler to do. granted thats iirc almost all of them, theres still no real reason why anyone would choose to use a shield over a knuckler.
that or Nexon just really hates pirates.

Its be perfect to use an attack shield for a pure dex brawler a-@ unless your no weapon range goes down when equipping a shield.
