Want to hear live radio chat straight from the airport control tower?

Feel free to listen in to the radio chatter in airport control towers around the nation (and certain international airports around the world). Its quite interesting to hear how they direct airport traffic. O.o"

Note: Radio traffic is dependent on the time of day at the airport.

...Dude, that's what airport control is. Flight numbers to identify a plane, directions to tell them where to land/take off. Were you maybe expecting bar room conversation?

Must be rather boring sitting down and spitting out numbers and directions every day.

You never know...I have heard some off-topic stuff being uttered through the frequencies. You can't say that air traffic controllers are all serious man, they have their humorous moments. Otherwise, their work would be boring.

I kinda wonder if their heads are filled with numbers still at the end of the day. If they saw a plane pass by, would numbers just naturally run through their heads or would it just be like everybody else..
