No I can see it happening in gMS. It's just gonna be a CS item. You can always trust Nexon American to take away the hard effort of high level players and give it to low levels as long as they're will to pay for it.

drago and medal are all i have that makes it worth being 200. wish i coulda had a NPC f4 (even though it probably would have been deleted like some of the other lvl 200 NPCs were <_<)

I agree, i really want one, but it should be limited to people who have reached lvl 200.

They can easily make a better level 200 mount. The Cygnus mount is by far the best one ever made besides the black dragon, which is sad because they get it when they hit 120. If KMS made it the lv 150 mount, they would be free to make the lv 200 mount look ridiculously epic.

The dragon mount isnt anything special looking I dont think, they can do much better.
