What new items are available in Neo City?

I can't find any good information on that.

The "Neo weapons" Im not sure if they are the same as in neo tokio but nerfedd, however, the neo weapons have special efects, like critical, OHKO chance, etc... They are basicaly more durability Items

Neo City only comes with a stupid Aufheben wanna-be hat that's 7 slots and +5 to all stats. Besides that, it gives nothing. Zero. Zip. Nada. Zippo. Ziltch.

Nope, in later versiojns of KMST they added the Neo weapons, wich I allready said, are Actually great weapons, Im not sure of the level though

They aren't really sold Justin, but they are out.
Quests in that place are fun, imo.

Also, GMS' Neo City didn't come with any special weapons or anything. Look at the extraction thread for proof.

Doesn't GMS have a hat with a base HP higher than what the Neo City hat has?

And for classes that actually need the HP, you most likely can't wear it due to how much lower the str/dex is than a Zhelm.
