Nexon Wrote:The Nexon support site will be taken offline for an update on Tuesday, February 9, 2010. The support site will be unavailable for approximately 24 hours. During this time, players will be unable to submit a support ticket or verify the status of existing tickets across all of our games.

Support Site Maintenance

Affects: Nexon Support Site

Time:
Pacific: Tuesday, Feb. 9, 8:00PM – Wednesday, Feb. 10, 8:00PM
Eastern: Tuesday, Feb. 9, 11:00PM – Wednesday, Feb. 10, 11:00PM

Once the support site is brought back live, players will be able to access their currently open tickets, and create new tickets, but will not have access to previously closed tickets, as we migrate our ticketing system to a new solution.

Thank you for your patience during this maintenance,

-The Nexon Team-

So i think we can now send tickets even if we have open ones.... one small step in the right direction.... one very...very...very... small step

something will secretly happen to the database and all the tickets will be gone Big Grin
#3
Everyone go save the content of your old tickets.

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO @ THIS.

It looks like they realized that tickets in general are both an extremely flawed system as well as a huge liability. Due to people using closed tickets against them (using them as evidence for the BBB for example) they decided to get rid of them.

Good game, Nexon.

I wonder what took them so long.

Good game, Nexon.

Yeah, let's ASSUME that Nexon is IMPROVING their "flawed" system(it's a free game, they don't HAVE to support it) just because of "evidence". People just like to whine about everything that this company does...

Yeah it's not like they've left the thing broken for THREE YEARS and suddenly decide to fix it up after people start putting media pressure on them

Wait....so you're saying Nexon is not improving the ticket system?

O_o

Pretty safe to say that that means they're improving their ticket system.

Or making it worse.

NOW COMPLETELY UNUSABLE.

Hopefully tickets will get a response before getting closed. Im still pissed that someone was able to get my id and password and my email and sent me an email asking for my PIN. Freaking sent them the guys email and everything and the dam ticket was deleted less than a week later.

Links to media pressure please.

Objective curiosity Smile.

Can't supply you with a lot of it because it's via email and private but if you check the LA Times article it's all negative feedback. Not something any corporation wants to see at the bottom of a good article.

Who cares if "they have left the thing broken for THREE YEARS"? They fix things sooner or later, which is WHAT MATTERS IN THE END.

What I am saying is that people are COMPLAINING that Nexon is improving the ticket system or looking for stupid reasons to say that they are "late". LATE WHAT? It's a free game, they don't HAVE to do this.

And yet even if you do pay up money for NX Cash, it's still a "free game", and they don't have to do this, even though they're making quite a bit of income on this.

Very logical. But I almost forgot all you do is troll.

You are the one trolling me right now. "Paying" for NX is an option, strictly to support the company. You can play the game without spending a single dollar...

And yet without NX Cash, this game wouldn't have made it past 2005. I guess all that bandwidth and server loads are free!

Conciente you're the best. I'm glad Southperry has you.

Yeah, because server and bandwidth costs have to do with ANYTHING! It's still a FREE game, that's how it is advertised. You, of course, have the option to spend real money if you so desire... Just like Southperry has a Donate option.

Buying NX isn't a donation. It's an exchange of money for goods or a service.
