MapleSEA: I've been hacked
#1
Okay, I'm definitely sure this has something to do with the hacking that has happened recently in MapleSEA. On 17th Jan 2010, after many months of not playing maplestory, I logged in just to complete the mushroom castle quests and some of the xmas related quests. I remembered buying a silver snowboard for the quest in one of the fm shops. I remembered having 2 trade transactions, one asking me to sell my blue bamboo hat, and one with me selling my Steel Polearm. After getting the Super Snowboard, i logged off because the game is getting boring.
On 18th Jan 2010, I had the urge to do the Monster carnival PQ, and so i logged in, but when I typed my password, it was incorrect, so I thought maybe it was some bug or just a typo, which is always the case, and i retyped my password again. Still doesn't work, so I checked my caps lock and even restarted the computer thinking it was a game bug itself, but still it doesn't work. So I went to my asiasoft passport, thinking that I could be hacked, but relieved that the hacker could not possibly know my 2nd password, and reset my 1st password, but I was wrong, it seems that my 2nd password had also been changed. I then reset my 2nd password and logged into the game, but to my despair, I saw all of my characters were parked in Showa town, with no more mesos left. My Fire mage lost an int cape and 3 million, and my aran lost the newly acquired super snowboard.
Well I'm not that sad or angry, because I'm less attached to the game than I was 2 or 3 years ago.
I'm just posting here to tell you guys to be careful about the hacking which I've heard recently on GlobalMS too.
Pardon my horrible english. Glitter

Asiasoft doesn't seems to be wiling to announce this again, I've sent them a lot of emails and q-box on that already.

I have quit MSEA too, sold off most of my equipment for real currency.
