Has Anyone Gotten A Response from A Logged Ticket Since 12/29/09?

I logged a ticket at 12/29/09 at 5:15 Eastern and haven't gotten a response yet, 17 days later at 1/15/10.

If anyone logged a ticket after 12/29 and gotten a response, please post so. I want to know if Nexon is specifically ignoring me or just haven't responded to all their tickets yet.

I have, but it was more of a "simple" thing (BSC glitch). What was the nature of your ticket?

It was on my character being banned. This is the second ticket I logged. First one was responded to within nine days.

I filed a ticket on the 30th and got a response yesterday (14th)..

i couldn't help but laugh a little.

on a more serious note, i was banned on the 14th of December, logged a ticket and was responded to on the 23rd. I wrote another ticket and it took them til the 13th of January to reply to it.

I laughed at their grammar.

{The bolded part didn't mean I was unbanned within the next 24hrs of the ticket either, which I thought it meant <_< Instead they lowered my ban from February 10th to January 15th, so tonight ^O^ }

Thanks Derek and congrats but yeah I get unbanned the 18th so I guess they'll just ignore me until that day.

I logged a ticket ~ two weeks ago. It was to unlock an item (perma lock) and I still haven't gotten a reply. I'm mad cuz my information is just sitting there in my ticket.

How convenient. I love how he says "Also your account is gunna be unbanned today it's not like I waited till this day to check your ticket or anything it's all coincidence."

I did, but it was DFO related. It got "escalated" to the "proper department."
