I wasn't planning on coming back here, but there seems to have been an injustice. (Or extreme butthurt. Take your pick.)



As you can see someone has taken one of my IGNs. I know it's one of you guys because I had that IGN before but deleted it not knowing I wouldn't be able to remake it. I later found out that deleted IGNs were glitched and subsequently fixed. So I go to grab it again today and it's already been taken. HMM.

Whoever has it, man up and PM me so there won't be any problems.

Couldn't it have been someone who didn't like you in-game? What about DFOSource? None of us knew that you were deleting your Priest ahead of time, so the chances that the aforementioned are to blame are right there next to the notion someone on SP did it, I believe. I do think it's rather unlikely that someone would just keep typing in your IGN in the creation screen, waiting for the off chance that you would delete it.

Maybe it was random, after all. I've personally lost an awesome ign (Eldritch) for the same reason.

They wouldn't have to. When I deleted it, the retrieval system was glitched so I just forgot about it. Only recently did I learn that it was fixed and I go to type it in only to find out some kid is holding it now.
