Maker and Lv. 50 Mage Green Goldwind Shoes

Hey guys, was wondering, does the level of maker will allow me to use two stat crystals (INT, LUK) on a lv. 50 pair of goldwind shoes?

I'm pretty sure it works on this system : level 48-75 equips can have one crystal, 80-108 equips can have two, and anything higher can have three.

so what's with the fourth box?

In case anything 140+ ever gets released I guess.
