Are Aran able to compete in the EPQ, or are they blocked like the Cygnus Knights?

Confirming they are blocked. I've tried with an Aran in party, the fairy said that non-adventurers are not allowed in.

So they're allowed in Ellin Forest, they were around during the supposed time of Ellin Forest, but they can't go in EPQ?

My bad. I thought you said Aran. Cygnus can go there, but can't PQ.
