It's the fifth quest in the chain beginning with the Tainted Horned Mushroom cap quest.

It tells me I should study the Zombie Mushrooms and the quest helper tells me I need 20 Recording Charms. I've killed quite a few Z. Mush and I haven't found any of these 'Recording Charms.'

Has anyone finished this quest chain? Hurt

The Recording Charms do not drop. They're glitched. Just like the Tainted Mushroom Caps beforehand that wouldn't drop--now they're fixed and now the Recording Charms don't drop. Excellent
