Can't understand Gentlemen

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
When doing the level 45 Aran quest for Combo Smash, once the Gentleman appears he speaks in ?s. Making him completely un-understandable.

I know it's untranslated, I'm more concerned about what he actually said.

He says "We, Black Wings, will take this Seal Stone of Orbis." (in MSEA).

Of course you don't understand them, Gentlemen don't speak.

If I remember kMS correctly, you do something to understand bosses. Not doing it = "????".

You just do their quest, I did Deo's and he spoke fine. However, this IS the quest as you can see at the top right corner on the quest helper and Gentleman isn't the boss, he just warps in, speaks question marks, then leaves.

In case anyone was wondering, the Gentleman at level 54 works fine: no question marks.

There are no punctuation marks in the korean sentence, so I'm pretty sure it has to be like that in english too.

But that's korean were talking about, who knows.
