apparently elquines + baha summons show dmg but don't actually do damage. o.O haven't tested any other summons.

Yes, and check the site, it has the maintnence time..

my hawk on bowmaster dont stun enemy

lol, this happened one patch before aran where summons do not work at all in SEA. Bahamut hangs people while others dont do damage(icluding cygnus) and apparently can be summoned multiple times if done correctly(kage bunshin) but all of it dont do damage.

They were broken last night, got fixed in the last maintainance according to the notes.

Yup, they were fixed. I already had a mod move my thread to the Resolved Bugs section. Thankfully this wasn't an issue for very long!
