Mirror's Edge is fun.

It was $5 on steam yesterday, so I picked it up.

Combat is a little bit meh, and I didn't realize you could pick up guns on the ground until I picked up literally the last person that shoots at you that you need to get pasts gun at the end of the game.

It's really short, only about 5.5 hours, but again, loads of fun.

The running portions flow really nicely, and I've never gotten frustrated with the controls. The game is also linear enough that you won't get lost often.

It's also probably the most beautiful game I've ever played. Wonderful art direction done wonderfully.

My friend irl actually did all the movements and such for the game; they watched him how he did stuff, then incorporated those movements into the game.

I played the demo for it on the 360 and I thought it was thoroughly enjoyable. I didn't get the chance to buy it before my Xbox broke though. :\

Play the game without Runner Vision and without firing a single shot. Makes it an entirely different game.

I refused to use the Runner Vision. I thought it was stupid. Haven't played it without using any of the guns yet.

yeah played it when i first came out on the 360, fantastic and to date still in the top 3 games i own.
