I know i dont come here a lot anymore, but I have a quick question

get the 2nd one, the first one is not even dual core

Second one for power, first for budget.

The budget one will run anything you throw at it fine if you're just planning on using it for schoolwork. Only get the second one if you plan on doing gaming or anything more than mildly computer intensive (photoshop).

The specs are better than both and cheaper than the second link you posted.

Edit: @Fiel below. Ah, well I wasn't really looking at the graphics card. I was skimming through laptops going for processor and RAM.

Intel 4500GMA is better than Radeon 4570 HD? Since he wants gaming, that's highly doubtful.
