I'm watching the last video in your first post. Left leg only moves when he's lowering the hi-hat, right leg magically controls everything else.

I couldn't. Probably because I didn't start until I was 8~9. Rolls aren't difficult, you know. Look around on youtube; tons of kiddies do them just to show off.

I play the drums too, I know sd rolls ain't difficult. Still the kid's got some skill, that's for sure.

Looks like he does use both legs, although neither of his legs move, although not much. (Granted, I've just watched the first video.)

Props to him though...it just reminds me of how bad my double bass is.
