Above Ave items

I thought weapons could only go to +5 above ave when dropped from monsters?

I just found this from a Zombie Lupin.



Monster Book says an ave Rower is 68atk. Nexon introduced a new drop table?

I had a similar experience a while ago when i gached a gigantic sledge that was something like +7 or + 8 above average. i went wut, remembered it was a BW and npc'd it

There was supposed to be that spirit week event that gave a higher chance of items dropping with better stats. But 7 above is kinda high. Maybe they did change it, but made it pretty rare to get higher than +5.

There was a screenshot awhile ago where someone got a 110 clean pinaka from horntail, 102 is average(?). Since then I've found claws that 6 above and some other junk that's 7 above as well. At first I thought they might have changed that to reflect the introduction of maker and not make all drops obselete, but this is before maker was even implemented and put into the data. I think KMS just changed the variation awhile ago and we got it when GMS went happy-go-lucky on the copy&paste codes without them/us even knowing.

Gachapon is meant to give equips with higher than max.
