60% chance of fail > 30% chance of break > 15% chance of you dieing

Enable negative Experience, and always lose 10% per death with these. Then add a level restriction or something to prevent lolmules.

Nope. For guys with eternity to do this, losing 10% exp is nothing. Hell, I've probably died and lost well over 2587% exp or something.

I would make it add 6att 4dex and 3avoid 3acc 1speed
and make the scroll super rare and let it drop only from main bosses like balrog horntail and pink bean
