Probably 95%+, and it's called Singlish. People from Singapore are who you'll usually hear it from. Sure, it's a little broken, but I've definately seen worse in Global.

If we look into the technical explanation of hacking, what we call "hackers" aren't really hackers. I believe this is also the reason why the ban message says "Banned for the illegal use of 3rd party programs" and not "Banned for hacking"

Also, @above, "la" is just retarded slang. During the time I played MSEA, they never really offered more explanation than that. It just adds to the sentence and doesn't mean a damn thing. "Le" too.

It was possible when character creation was in game(cygnus knights) instead of the CREATE button.

It places emphasis on your sentence. It's like a "seriously" placed at the end of the sentence. For example:

"You're very stupid la." means "You're very stupid, seriously."

You'd know if you spoke Chinese la.
