Tristan's Successor

I'm stumped yet again.

Okay, so I finished Manji's quest, then I did Mu Young's quest (finding the "Stranger" and talking to him), and now the quest "Tristan's Successor" is sitting and taunting me.

How do I start it, or even GET to him? All portals in the area Mu Young is in won't work, and neither Manji nor Mu Young have anything else to say, no other quests, nothing.

Help please.

The guy in sleepwyood has a quest for level 50. Shoo away the evil or something.

Gotta do that Note paper's quest, but seeing as Nexon forgot to add the note NPC it's impossible to get to tristan right now.
