At level 39 with 24 thunderbolt would it be good money and training to go there?

In what order should i be upgrading equips?(I will not be getting z helm)And what are items I should try to get for each slot as I level?

I wouldn't suggest training at MP3 unless you can effectively kill them. you could just keep CPQing or try Lorangs since you're going lightning first. I wouldn't really worry about equips until level 60ish but if you're really funded, which I doubt you are since you're not getting a zhelm...no offense, really good INT gear shouldn't be a problem cost wise.

Are Lorangs good exp and mesos?

And in which order should I upgrade my stuff and what type of equips should i get i know int but which ones?

Well, since int stuff are overly expensive, you might want to lay off scrolling for a while. Probably focus on a weapon. Lorangs are okay, I guess; never trained there.

click the link I gave you, I've never really made a mage so I wouldn't know. but the majority of people stay in CPQ.

Zhelm should be on the very top of your list because...
a) easily end game equip available at level 50
b) all other hats are crap unless they're really well scrolled
c) it's really cheap, like the price is nothing compared to everything else

then I would worry about my weapon. 100% everything up to level 70 when you can get an ice ele wand/staff whatever. those have plummeted in price since lolbishops can't use them anymore. my overall would come next, seeing other threads that you've posted you're also lukless, so your only choices are bathrobes and sauna robes. both of which are really pricey because of the low level requirement and scrolling cost. earrings would come next, then gloves, a dep star/MoN/HT pendant (preferably a HT pendant), eye accessory, shoes, and belt for last since all you need is time to get one.

tl;dr: imo you're equip upgrades should go ZHelm > weapon > overall > earrings > gloves > pendant > eye acc > shoes > belt

LPQing can be very very handy.
Followed by LMPQ or CPQ2 Glitter
If you need money I'd CPQ and npc some gepharts followed by LMPQing.
...
You MIGHT make enough off pqs to afford a nice LVL 70 wand.
That is the most meso efficient way to go.Glitter

Well PQing is an option I think id rather just train as dealing with people isn't what I do best.

Try Retz. Low potion burn, decent profit and a sniping spot; what is not to like?

99th Floor. Stand on the bolts in the middle, clear the top and bottom when the spawn gets low.

Retz is where i trained untill level... 45 ish, but thats before truckers were out. You could also try C1 map in magatia at around level 45 and C2 at level 50 and above, great exp.
Truckers are the best exp, Id exchange good exp for a few potions anytime.
