Invincibility or Invulnerability?
#1
This is a question I kind of found myself wrapped up in. Which would be a better definition for when you can't be hit? For example, when a Brawler uses Screw Punch, he can't be hit. Is that invincibility or invulnerability?

Definitions :
Invincible : in·vin·ci·ble (n-vns-bl)
adj.
Incapable of being overcome or defeated; unconquerable.

Invulnerable : (n-vlnr--bl)
adj.
1. Immune to attack; impregnable.
2. Impossible to damage, injure, or wound.

In terms of use, invulnerable is used when you can't get hit at all. Invincible is when you can't take damage from an attack (think of a normal human punching Superman).

Which would be a better term for not being able to get hit?

In my opinion, it's invulnerability.

And? That happens in any culture. Using one word that is similar, although the other one is technically correct.

Invulnerability refers to the fact that the strike is dealt without any damage done. Some what similar to Infinite Endurability if I'm not mistaken. (opposite to vulnerable: easily damaged)
Invincibility proposes a sense of being out of someone's capability to deal ANY strike on to begin with (which suits the Bucc's legit hacks) therefore impossible to conquer.

Here are some references:
-
 invulnerability
-
 invincibility

The definition of invincibility is somewhat vague, but I suppose it is implied that if you can't touch something, you can't dream about killing it.

Invisible, I thought it meant to disappear, like what my Brawler does when I use cork screw. LOL.

Just so I don't sound "stupid", I'ma go with "unable to recieve damage" as my final answer.

Wait, What?!
