I sure as hell can't recommend Khaini, but in my mind, the less crowded the better. You do not need help by others to level, but you need a free map to do it in a pleasant way. No server is so empty that you wont find friendly people.

Although not listed on your poll, Yellonde is pretty dang empty.
No problem finding maps, Except during crazy peak hours. (2x event + MP3)

I don't really care about emptiness and such. First of all, I won't be a high enough level to have to fight over a map, and second, I'm going to PQ my butt to 70.

Considering the humble amount of Windians on SP and the fact that I don't play as much anymore, I'd suggest that you join Bera.
