I mean the type of d/c where your MS freezes and moves to the corner of the screen, before quickly kicking you to the login screen.
I got a d/c that looked exactly the same the other night, and it was a lot more serious. I got it maybe a minute after we had summoned and killed the pre-bosses for CWKPQ, just when we were about to summon the bosses. (So I missed the boss fight.) I didn't sign up early; in fact, I looked and I was about #13 on the list. As far as I know, I'm the only one who d/ced this way. I wasn't lagging right before; I received chats maybe a second before I d/ced, and was moving, buffing, and chatting normally.
The only thing I hadn't done in CWKPQ before was that I happened to be the one to get all the mage sigils, and I got and placed the staff. So did me being on the ball before the bosses actually hurt me?
I use XP and I have plenty of RAM. No other programs were running besides Maple, and at least the Zak d/c happens to virtually everyone I've ran with. This is the first time I've had/heard of a similar d/c in CWKPQ, though.
