Orbis in Danger Pixie Cloudpieces

Is that quest glitched or something?
I'm trying to hunt the cloudpieces off the pixies and after ten minutes of hunting, none dropped?
Glitched drops? or just terribly unlucky?

I was able to do it last patch on my KoC. It might've been bad luck, but I didnt notice them to start dropping till 10-15 minutes into killing pixies, so there maybe a delay or something, though that's doubtful. If I can find another char with that quest undone, I'll see if I have the same problem as well, though keep in mind, it might just be bad luck.
