Agent quests?

I have been on a maple hiatus for a few months now and i just recently came back on. I just want to be updated with these new Agent quests. Can anyone update me on them? I know that you can gain an Ultimate Agent Overall, but how so? What about these Agent Earrings im seeing? I hope its not too late to get these items.
