Ring of (the) Alchemist

So while trying to "minerva" some items i came across this:

upon using the search function i found that:

...The alchemist's ring I believe is obtained from a eraser quest in magatia...

So my Questions are:
1. Is/Will this be available for GMS and/or is it an event restricted item?

2. Can anyone confirm the "Anon's" quote?

3. Is there any upgrades for this ring (considering it oddly has 1 slot)?

4. How can i get it?

i saw a couple of those in Scania already, i'll SS it later if I find them again. Some had 2+ stats and 4+ each selling for around 400 mil.
The owl also doesn't show items that aren't in the game already.

I meant available for me to attain not just "in the data"; like with reverse, timeless, and GMS weapons "back in the day"... well GMS weapons got erased i think... but w/e

these are really hard to get (and most all erasers are under 1m in KMS). they're probably the most elitist item in KMS when i was active, if you saw someone with all 4 rings on you know they were rich. They were also very commonly chaos scrolled, you would see them with all sorts of stats.

All of them? what a crock of pomegranate, 2 of them are completely unavailible at the moment - they dont even come from gach.
