1) How many coins are needed to get it?
2) How many coins are needed to get the scroll for it?
3) What are the average stats?
4) Would it be like the Cygnus' MoN? Seeing as how Cygnus can't CWKPQ.

Deputy star is better in almost all situations anyway. Maybe these would be good for people who can't buy a Deputy but then those people are probably not that worried about 1 attack difference from their spiegelmann. Maybe if these are really well chaos-scrolled they could rival a Naricain but it'd have to be damn good.

The necklace requires 150 sparkling maple coins from CPQ2 only. Meaning that cpq 1 coins do not work in exchange for the chaos necklace.

Why not? The stakes are high, but more stimulants make your KoC stronger, no? Theoretically, it can exceed a MoN's power, which can be used for Explorer and Cygnus use alike. Practically, getting a 5atk or higher pendant for your KoC would be pretty sweet, wouldn't it? I'd say it costs around 4 chaos to make one, considering the good and bad lucks. Some people have insane money. 
EDIT: Missed the word 'most', but yea well.. people chaos-scroll Glittering Altaires for Str, why not more atk for their kocs?

Besides, a Naricain is 110, what do you use until then? the Chaos Spiegelmann Necklace is level 51, that's a good 60 levels until you could use a Naricain at the earliest.
