Looks like CMS is getting Malaysia right after Singapore + Ulu! Two great patches in a row. Malaysia is now ported to both TWMS and CMS.
There may be more to this update, as some rumors suggest that the new Balrog Boss and Monster Carnival 2 are being tested as well.

it seems to be the case
many things are added to be tested
however, it seems that the Malaysia that was added to CMST seems to be the old version
and the helms are also old (lvl req 50, all stats + 15)
well, since it is still in testing, it could expect all of this to be changed

These bosses have 3 forms each. The first and the second are easy but the last one is hard and all the forms don't stop to cancel weapon attack. So they're easier but they doesn't take less time to kill.

Last I heard the two bosses can cancel weapon attack and magic attack throughout all three forms, but maybe I heard wrong. Or StrategyWiki lies.

You are wrong. The stat of Scarlion and Targa Helmets are sort of a lot better then Zakum Helmet. Their average is +18 to all stats, while for Zakum Helmet is +15 to all stats. Though, I don't really like the helmet cause it cover the whole head.

the malaysia boss helm is way better than zkm helm...in MSEA, zkm helm is outdated stuff already...
both helm gif avg of+18 for all stat, can even reach +21...wif scarlion helm gif +50 hp while targa gif +50 mp...dun 4gt they gif speed and jump too...the def and acc are the same as zkm helm doh...
conclusion, msia boss helm rulez...
