I notice there's a cooldown for using the skill, does it decrease with level up or is it pre-set and remains the same regardless of the skill level? thanks.

I didn't even use it till I maxed it.

Still much faster than that lame level 50 mount for getting around if you jumpcast it.

It's sorta hard, but Im getting used to it. I hate that we have to be on the ground when using it(or jumpcast).

Oh. That simple eh? Now I feel dumb.

Screw Jumpcasting, I just use my mount when I'm running around. If I'm training, then jumpcasting is wonderful. <3
