Encounter with KoC's first major foe

Well, there was a heck of alot more questing involved to get to this guy than I thought, but this epic showdown has just begun!



With this, I have hit level 30 and can take a break... who else has bothered to do the quests to get to this guy yet? There's alot of "kill 200 of this" quests near the end

Yeah. They're tiring, but worth it. I found them quite fun actually.

I actually liked fighting him. He only sealed me once, and seduced once, he was too easy

But holy sh'it, took me forever to kill 200 Evil Eyes as a Wind Archer though.

His name will and always be Francis, even in Korean MS, and JapanMS.

Uh, I got stuck on the kill 200 Rocky Masks and find a Rocky Mask doll quest. I killed about 700 of those fuckers and couldn't find a single doll, so I just gave up and grinded to 30. Are those quests required?

As far as I can tell, no. However I chose to follow the questline regardless. :f6:
Were you killing the stone mask guys with Cassandra's x2 drops in effect? The 2nd one I killed dropped the doll... guess I was just lucky.

I did, too. I wish I didn't feel so obligated to do quests, I would've gotten to 30 about 1 1/2 hours sooner

I didn't have 2x drop.

I didn't have 2x drop and I found the Rocky Mask Doll in less than 10 kills. None of the dolls ever took more than a handful of kills for me. I didn't think they were rare.

I always got mine in the middle of the 'Kill XXX monsters'.

Yeah, I got most of them within 20-30 kills, I dunno what the pineapple happened here. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that I was doubling up on doing Winston's kill Mask quests at the same time? I dunno, I was kind of pissed off after 300 kills and nothing.

Currently doing the killing quests in Sleepywood, TIRESOME.

I didn't find any Wooden Mask Dolls yet, and I just killed 100.

Oh well, at least I decided to use the cheap method, and make my character posh instead :p

lv100 and lv110 bosses are easy though.

at lv20 quests stopped so i had tor each vl25 and lol i really wanna beat francis!
