Town Scrolls now work inside of Time Temple. They'll take you back to the three doors.

Any other small additions found?

This isn't small, it makes training there so much more doable! Awesome.

I hope this isn't leading up to bad news.

I saw a thread in Amherst saying TT card weren't dropping. I just found a Eye of Time card, so I guess they are dropping again.

Except you can just go to the first "outside" map past Oblivion and cc to get back too
