Since there have been so many threads about the subject I thought it was a good idea to have a thread with all the information in it. If you think I am missing anything or something you think needs to be added post it.
Alright, the first thing you should do if you haven't already done it is do Gaga's quest which gives you the temp Agent shoes. You can take this quest by clicking on the light bulb above your head. After this you should go talk to Gaga himself and take his two quests which lead to getting the Agent earrings and glove. Now that this is out of the way let's move on to how you get each Agent Equipment.
Agent N's Receiver - The Hat
You need to do the Boss Hunter challenge, you can get to the area by talking to Gaga. Once you get to the area there are two NPC's you can talk to here. The NPC on the left gives you the hat and also is used if you want to do the Boss Hunter challenge solo. The one on the right is for if you want to go with a party, you will need three or more people.
Once you have earned 200 points you can get the hat, this is only a temporary and you will need to buy a total of 5 to get the permanent hat. Which means you need a total of 1000 points to get the permanent hat. You can get the hat as many times as you want.
Agent C's Titanium Receiver - The Earring
First off you need to take Agent C's quest from Gaga, after this you can turn scrolls into him. You can get the scrolls from PQ monsters, currently the best way to get these scrolls is from HPQ. And you talk to Agent C at the end of the PQ.
Once you have 5 you can get the earring, but this is only a temporary one and you will need to do the quest a total of 20 times (that's 100 scrolls) to get the permanent earring. You can get the earring as many times as you want.
The Agent Suit - The Overall
There are a total of three Agent Suits which you get by doing Cassandra's Quiz, but first before you can do the quiz you must take Gaga's first quest where he gives you the temp shoes. Once again you can do this quest through the light bulb above your head. Also, you can only do the quiz 5 times a day. And the quiz has three different types, Monsters only, NPC's only, Items only.
The first Agent Suit you can get is a temporary one and you get it by scoring a total of 100 points on the quiz for the day. You can get it as many times as you want.
The second Agent Suit you can get is a permanent one and you get it by scoring a perfect 50/50 on the quiz. You can get it as many times as you want.
The third and final Agent Suit you can get is a permanent one and you get it by scoring a total of 1000 points on the quiz overall. You can get it as many times as you want, but you need to score another 1000 points to get another one.
Agent O's Leather Gloves - The Gloves
You first need to take Agent O's quest from Gaga before you can do this, once again you can do it through the light bulb on your head.
After that make your way towards a Mini Dungeon and talk to Agent O himself and go in the Mini Dungeon. As you will hear from Agent O you will need to get Agent Badges which you get from a box in the MD to complete this quest, and you have to spend 30 minutes inside the MD before the box shows up.
Once you have turned in 10 Agent Badges you will get a pair of the gloves, but these are the temporary ones and you will need to turn in a total of 100 before you can get the permanent gloves. Yes, that is 50 hours before you can get the permanent gloves. You can get the gloves as many times as you want.
Agent Cape - The Cape
You get it by talking to Agent P inside Agent HQ, you get to the HQ by talking to Agent E. There is only one version of this cape and it's a permanent one.
Agent Shoes - The Shoes
You get the first pair just by talking to Agent Gaga the first time, they're temporary. You can get a second pair if you drop them, but after that you can't get them anymore.
You get the permanent pair of the Agent Shoes only after you have the permanent version of every other Agent equip, and you must have them all equipped at the same time. You can only get them once and only once
Misc
Also you can get an Agent Scroll that only works on Agent Equips, it works like a Chaos Scroll. You get it by doing Today's Mission, you can only get 1 Sercet Box per day, and you only have a 50% chance of getting the scroll from said box.
